When a family calls, we answer. And we stay.
Not a call center. A case management system. We open a case, stay for months, connect families to specialists, and walk with them through every decision. Not one call. A relationship.
Concussion. CTE. Every call in between. $28 a month keeps one family from navigating alone.

Thousands of families are asking these questions alone. They don't know we exist. Your $28 a month changes that.
We answer approximately 1,500 cases a year. We want to answer 2,100. The difference is $200,000: the navigator who isn't hired yet, the outreach that finds the family who hasn't called yet.
Answering the call is only the beginning. Some families need a navigator. Others need a community. We provide both.

Not a call center. A case management system. We open a case, stay for months, connect families to specialists, and walk with them through every decision. Not one call. A relationship.

For families living with CTE or Post-Concussion Syndrome, isolation compounds the suffering. Our peer groups, for both CTE and PCS, are built on science, led by community, and available to every family, regardless of geography.
Not a marketing number. The precise cost of keeping one family in active case management for a full year, backed by our real operating budget. Figures are rounded to the nearest dollar.
“I want people to know how devastating it is to basically lose a parent and still have them there. I don't recognize him anymore.”
Jaedan didn't have a name for what was happening to her father. They searched for answers. They found us. Thousands of families haven't.
All gifts to the Concussion & CTE Foundation are unrestricted unless otherwise agreed to in a written gift agreement signed by the Foundation. Donors are welcome to express an area of interest that is meaningful to them. These preferences help us understand what matters most to our supporters but do not restrict the use of the gift.
Your unrestricted support gives the Concussion & CTE Foundation the flexibility to direct resources where they are needed most and where they can have the greatest impact in advancing our mission to end human suffering caused by concussions and CTE.
The symptoms start before the diagnosis.
The fear starts before the answers.
We answer before either one arrives.
